06-21-2024 2:00 PM - 07-31-2024 2:00 PM

Nurse practitioner colleagues Dr. Elsie Duff and Cindy Fehr are conducting an online exploratory survey to assess COVID-19 illness and post-COVID symptoms experienced amongst frontline health care workers across Manitoba. While you may not see yourself as someone who has experienced post-COVID syndrome, they value your input into any symptoms or loss of work you experienced because of COVID-19 or symptom sequelae following a COVID-19 infection. Your insights and experiences are valuable to this research, and they are most grateful for your participation.

By taking part in this survey, you can help Elsie and Cindy to gather valuable data that can shape and improve healthcare practices going forward. Your feedback and experiences will directly inform what is known about healthcare workers’ experiences of illness due to COVID-19.

Your privacy and data security are of the utmost importance. All responses will be kept strictly confidential. Participation is voluntary. The choice to take part is yours.
