The Manitoba Public Health Association (MPHA) is calling on Manitobans to discuss issues affecting our health in the upcoming municipal elections

The Manitoba Public Health Association (MPHA) is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan voluntary association representing public health in Manitoba. The MHPA recognizes that health is determined by more than health care services. They believe that Manitobans should live, learn, work, play and age in environments which support their best possible health.

To support dialogue and engagement this municipal election season, the MPHA is circulating five #VOTE4PUBLICHEALTH briefs:
Public Health and Drugs
Public Health and Food
Public Health and Housing
Public Health and Impacts of Colonization
Public Health and Transportation

Show your support by:
Sharing these briefs with municipal election candidates in your community and use the public health evidence and calls to action to inform your questions at forums with candidates.

Let’s #VOTE4PUBLICHEALTH on October 24th and contribute to healthier communities all across Manitoba.
