Alerting Foot Care Nurses of a Great Community Service Opportunity!

End Homelessness Winnipeg has partnered with the Association, Manitoba Financial Empowerment Network, the WRHA, Salvation Army, Main Street Project, Siloam Mission, and a number of other community organizations to host the 2nd annual Gizhe Waa-Ti-Sii-Win Service Provider Expo.

Gizhe Waa-Ti-Sii-Win means Working with Love/Kindness/Generosity for Others

This day of service is meant to provide and increase coordinated access to free appropriate services for people experiencing homelessness and those at risk of becoming homeless. The first Gizhe Waa-Ti-Sii-Win Service Provider Expo held in the spring of 2018 was a wonderful success with over 500 people accessing needed services and connections for care.

We anticipate another exciting day this year and are looking for certified foot care nurses to be part of the foot care clinic planned for that day.
