New Applicants

The Association is accepting new applicants for 2018 and 2019.  

If you are applying to be a graduate nurse or registered nurse for the first time and require professional liability protection for the remainder of the year you will need to apply for 2018 Practising membership before renewing for 2019.  

 2018 Membership application process

To become a 2018 Association member, please complete the appropriate 2018 application form, which can be found on our Forms page. The online 2018 application is now closed.  

Once your application has been processed you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Association that will include information about renewing for 2019.  

In order to complete the application, you will need the six-digit registration number that the College assign you. This will be used as your ID number with the Association. 

2018 Half Year Fees

Practising members – RN or GN  $135.10 + GST 
Practising members – NP                 $186.70 + GST  
Non-practising members                 $75 + GST
Student members                           $25 + GST

*Half year fees have been adjusted to reflect the half year membership rate from CNA.

2019 membership application process  

If you’re joining the Association for the first time for 2019 you can join online by clicking the join now button below or you can complete the appropriate paper application found on our Forms page and submit it to our office.  

2019 membership takes effect January 1, 2019 at 12:00 am.

If you would like to become an immediate member of the Association you can join as a 2018 member and then renew your membership for 2019. 

2019 Annual Fees

Practising members – RN or GN  $180.85 + GST 
Practising members – NP                 $255.35 + GST  
Non-practising members                 $75 + GST
Student members                           $25 + GST

Payment options

Only credit cards are accepted through the online system. All other forms of payment will need to be mailed to the Association or dropped off in-person. All payments must be accompanied by a completed application form.

Please note that as of July 4, 2017 the Association will no longer accept cash.
